ملاحظة: خرج الشريحة لا يصل إلى فولتية التغذية الموجبة بل يقف دونها بنحو 1.5V، لذا تحقق من عتبة الدائرة التالية عند قيادتها، وضع مكثف فصل 100nF قرب أطراف التغذية.
